Summary: Terrific hotel!! Classy, first rate in many respects. Amenities excellent, front desk staff superb. Had corner room, large and attractively decorated. Whole experience 5-star. Will return. Highly recommend.

Summary: The “Beatrice” deserves a 10/10. The hotel is beautiful and our room was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom had a towel ‘warmer’, a very larger shower, and sink area. The bed (king) was very comfortable with more than adequate drawer space. We had lunch in Bellini’s and it was quite good. It happened to be raining one day and the staff provided us with an umbrella. We cannot say enough nice things about one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at.

Summary: Good service. Nice spacious room. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room and the complimentary water. For some reason, the AC in the roof top bar was not working very well. Bellini restaurant is great.

Summary: The room was not as clean as I’ve experienced. I could’ve dealt with it but then the AC unit. It was either on full blast or off and hot. There was no in between. Then there was the bed itself. I couldn’t sleep; it was terrible. The bed sloped and the pillows were so puffy. I felt so uncomfortable. The worst stay from my long vacation. Barely slept. The rug was filthy with stains. Felt like I couldn’t step on the rug. Let alone touch the remote for the toilet. The mirror in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned before our stay, so what else was not cleaned.

Summary: The staff were very friendly, but the furniture in the room was dusty, the soundproofing was poor, and the indoor thermostat was very noisy.

Summary: Convenient location and nice bed and bathroom. Only two issues were weird blue purifier lights in the hvac that made the room glow at night (I was offered sleep mask a a solution, but can’t wear) and there were sewer flies coming out of the sink.
